Applying for an ID Card

The ID process starts with the infilling of an Application Form. The Application Form design is a country specific item, but each will contain three key elements unique to the applicant:

Photo in colour or black and white (may be live capture)

Signature preferably in black ink

Barcode generated during Application Form print, or stuck on label.

The positioning of these three items on the form is critical to the data capture process. The remainder of the form, including the reverse, is set aside for specific detail to assist in the verification of the applicant.
